How we publish
Editorial policy
Telehealth pages on ModFX Media are written for founders who need a plain-English account of how a brand is built, filled and scaled. They are educational. They are not medical or legal advice.
How pages are researched
Each page starts from operator experience: clinics, pharmacy operations, ad accounts and launches. Claims that depend on a regulator, an ad platform or a public filing are tied to a source at the bottom of the page. Figures from our own accounts are labeled as such, with the line that results vary by offer, state mix, budget and execution.
How pages are reviewed and updated
Pages that discuss structure, advertising rules or treatment claims are marked for legal review, medical review, or both. A reviewer line appears only after a named reviewer is assigned. Every page shows the date it was last updated. Regulation boxes, including peptide status, are refreshed on a quarterly cadence.
How we are connected
How we’re connected: ModFX founder Justin Ingram is CMO of Heroship and ThriveLab and owns Promise Pharmacy. We build on these partners because we know them inside out, and we’ll tell you when they’re not the right fit.
That disclosure sits near the top of telehealth pages that name those companies. The GLP-1 marketing page does not name them, so it does not carry the disclosure.
What we will not publish
- Placeholders for reviewers, quotes or unconfirmed figures.
- Testimonials and unpublished metrics, until the client approves them in writing.
- Claims that a compounded drug is FDA-approved, generic, or the same as a brand-name drug.
- Claims that a pharmacy is FDA-approved.
