I started out in sales. By the time I was 30, I was maxed out on pay, super overworked, and couldn’t move up. I knew I had to find a new career and fast. When looking into a million opportunities, I finally found and realized digital marketing was right up my alley and aligned well with my skillsets and interest.

I started a digital marketing company and with my background in sales I was able to grow a business from just myself and then 1 year later we are at 1 million dollars in revenue and a team of 13.

We pride ourselves on doing a fantastic job, always making our clients a top priority, and doing all of our work in-house in an office environment with a great team and culture.

We’re trying to triple in size and staff in the next 12 months.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Definitely a struggle to learn all the skills required and most importantly finding the right people to grow the company with. Hiring and retaining talent through COVID has definitely been the hardest part about starting and growing a business 10000%.

We’ve been impressed with ModFXMedia, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
